This study aims to analyze the performance comparison between dedicated (discrete GPU) and
integrated graphics (iGPU) on laptops using a knowledge management approach. The method used
is a comparative experiment by conducting tests using the game Valorant as a medium for measuring
graphic performance. The parameters analyzed are FPS (Frames Per Second) values under several
conditions, namely displays with few objects, several objects, and many objects with skill effects. The
results show that dedicated VGA has more stable performance and is superior in handling high
graphic loads compared to integrated graphics. Meanwhile, integrated graphics is still able to
provide quite good performance under light to medium graphic loads, but experiences a significant
decline in more complex conditions. Thus, the choice of GPU type needs to be adjusted to user needs
to obtain optimal performance and efficient device usage.
