Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Vendor Desain Website Menggunakan Metode MARCOS Berbasis Web

Abstract

Digital transformation requires every institution to have a professional web interface. However, selecting the right website design vendor often faces challenges due to a multitude of subjective criteria. This research aims to design a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) by implementing the Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution (MARCOS) method. This method was chosen for its superiority in maintaining stability when dealing with conflicting criteria through the consideration of ideal and anti-ideal values. An evaluation was conducted on five vendors using the parameters of cost, portfolio, turnaround time, responsiveness, and warranty. The analysis results indicate that vendor V3 obtained the highest utility value (f(Kᵢ) = 0.845) and is therefore recommended as the best alternative. The testing results prove that this system is capable of accurately automating complex calculations and increasing decision-making efficiency by 85% compared to manual methods.
